Who controls the data and why
The stud farm controls its horse, team and specialist data. EquiCore uses it to provide the app, support work without a connection, show history, send alerts and provide help.
What we keep and for how long
We keep team identity details, horse and clinical records, and a history of changes. How long we keep them is set by contract and applicable law.
Working without a connection
To support work without a connection, EquiCore temporarily saves this account’s records on the device. After everything has been sent, signing out removes that copy.
